“Mike and the Malek team are #1 in my book. They worked over a 3-day period without charging extra on trying to salvage my 20+ year old AC unit that had been running on borrowed time as it had been leaking in the past. This they did in the midst of the Chicago heat wave!! The unit eventually did have to be replaced and they provided a brand compatible with my furnace at the most competitive price. They even stayed until 11PM at night to meet a deadline for a showing by my Realtor. These guys are professional and honest. I highly recommend them!.”

“WOW! Great customer service, and competitive pricing. We called them when we moved in to our new condo to come and replace a motor that the inspector had recommended we replace. Mike came out the same day I called and agreed with the inspector’s findings. He took it upon himself to check up on our warranty for the unit because he noticed it could possibly still be under warranty. The next day George came out and replaced the part and did routine maintenance on our unit. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even trimmed back the bushes near our AC unit! I will most definitely be calling them again for our heating/AC needs!”

“Our Central Air conditioner was not working. I was out of air for a week. I was looking on the internet for a reliable company. Then I found Malek Heating and Cooling. I was reading their customer reviews. They have all 5 stars rating. I called them 6/07/2011 around noon. Mike called me back. He said he will come late at night. Mike came and fixed our air conditioner. Mike said he will come back the next day to replace our thermostat.I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for heating and cooling services. They are very reasonable compared to other companies out there. George and Mike are very nice guys! Thank you very much!”
